As of March 1, 2022, our standard fee to see a Clinical Counsellor (RCC or CCC) for individual, family and couples counselling is $130 per counselling hour, (please note, the range recommended by the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors is $135 to $150.) The fee rate is for those who have an annual gross household income over $70,000 or have extended health benefits or would like toPlease see below for more on our rates:

You can choose your clinical counsellor based on the biographies on our counsellor page. You can access that page here. If you are unsure, our Director of Clinical services can help you choose a counsellor based on your presenting concerns and/or availability. Our clinical counsellors are all Masters Level with designation (RCC or CCC). Please check that your benefits cover either of these. Please note, we do not offer direct billing with insurance agencies. You can access the intake form here to apply to see one our Clinical Counsellors. You counsellor will reach out to you within 1 to 2 weeks to set-up your first appointment virtually or in-person.

 

Subsidy Rates: $25 or $60 per session:

Please read about our subsidy here. The following rates are based on Gross Household Income and all subsidies require proof of income. We recommend a maximum of 12 sessions and there is a wait-list, which can vary from 1 to 4 months.

If your gross household income is in the range of  $0 to $24,999, your subsidy rate will be $25 per counselling session.

If your gross household income is in the range of $25,000 to $50,000, your subsidy rate will be $60 per counselling session. 

​

All subsidy clients are set up with a Master-level Intern Counsellor who is supervised  by one of our Registered Clinical Counsellors with at least 5 years of experience, or in some cases a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Canadian Certified Counsellor will take on subsidized clients if they have availability.
