About the Event

In this 10-week small group learning environment, we will explore practical ways for improving how you handle the stresses of life while developing a stronger sense of Self. Each session weaves in the principles of mindfulness with hands-on tools to practice between sessions. Appropriate for all adults aged 25 years and up (anyone aged 21-24will be considered on a case by case basis), this inclusive group will allow you to see that you are not alone in your struggles and that there is hope for immediate improvement. Facilitated by Kathleen Thaler (CD1, MACP, MALAT, RCC) and Tasia Holmes (MACP, RCC).
