The primary emphasis of this group is to foster connectivity among participants, allowing for sharing of perspectives, resources, and informal interactions. You will engage in meaningful conversations, gain insights and resources for this phase of life while cultivating connections and possible friendships in a supportive environment.

- Finding meaning and purpose as we age and transition into the next stage of life.
- Creating connections and community.
- Nuturing friendship, humor and health.
Starts Saturday September 7, 2024 from 2:30-4pm, in -person at South Island Counselling. Fee is $200 per person.
