About the Event
The primary emphasis of this group is to foster connectivity among participants, allowing for sharing of perspectives, resources, and informal interactions. Â You will engage in meaningful conversations, gain insights and resources for this phase of life while cultivating connections and possible friendships in a supportive environment.

- Using gratitude to overcome lonliness
- Finding meaning and purpose as we age and transition into the next stage of life.
- Â Creating connections and community.
- Â Nuturing friendship, humor and health.
Starts Friday, October 25th  2024 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, in -person at South Island Counselling. Fee is $200 per person.
