This workshop is led by Roxy Humphrey (BA Psych, MCC in progress). This group is  for those that are between jobs, settling into a new city, or experiencing anxiety at the state of the world, This will help equip you with tools and practices to help ground yourself so that you can walk through this year with more clarity and calmness. The workshop will be held 4 times in April and the fee is by donation. A recommended donation is $30. All classes are in person at South Island Counselling in the conference room. Maximum 10 guests.
