About the Event

About the Event:

For 8 weeks, adolescents and one parent/guardian each will team up for a 2-hour workshop every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm. With a very small group size, youths and parents can find comfort while meeting like-minded participants, learning new skills, having hands-on practice, and being fully supported in their journeys. Workshop will be facilitated by Kathleen Thaler (RCC).

What will you learn?

How to navigate family and social relationships.

How to work within your capacity to regulate reactions.

How to better handle stress and anxiety.

How to identify and communicate what's important to you.

How to build strong self-esteem.
