Counselling with a RCC
 

This application is for individuals who would like to see a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) at our regular fee of $140 per 50-minute session. Please complete this form if any of the following apply to you: A) You earn $60,000 or more annually, B) You earn $60,000 or more annually and have extended health benefits, C) You would like to pay it forward and support others in your community who need subsidized counselling.

Here's What You Can Expect:

Individual Counselling with a RCC

Thank you for your interest in counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). This form is for clients who wish to access sessions at our standard rate of $140 per 50-minute session.

Once your application is submitted, our admin team will review it and reach out by email to confirm next steps . Wait times are usually around 1-2 weeks depending on availability, but we do our best to connect you as soon as possible.

Your assigned counsellor will then contact you directly by phone and/or email to introduce themselves and arrange your first appointment.

 

In the initial sessions, you’ll begin getting to know your counsellor, discuss your goals for therapy, and create a plan tailored to your needs. This is a time for building connection and safety, and your counsellor will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You can learn about the different modalities we offer here.

Extended Health Benefits:

We can bill directly to select insurers. If your plan isn’t eligible but covers RCC's, your credit card will be charged, and you’ll receive a receipt for reimbursement.

South Island Counselling uses the Jane App system to manage and process payments. A valid credit card or Visa/MasterCard debit card must be added to your Jane App account prior to your first appointment. Payments for sessions  will be processed at the start of each day unless you are set up for direct billing. Please note, we do not accept e-transfers.
