Subsidized Counselling
This application is for individuals seeking subsidized counselling at the rate of $65 per 50-minute session. Please complete this form if any of the following apply to you: A) You earn less than $60,000 annually, B) You earn less than $60,000 annually and have extended health benefits that cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC's)

A) Individual Counselling with an Intern (no extended health benefits)
Thank you for your interest in subsidized counselling with a Master’s-level Intern Counsellor (MACP). This application is intended for clients who do not have extended health benefits and wish to access sessions at our reduced rate of $65 per session.
Once your application is submitted, our administrative team will review it and contact you by email to confirm next steps. Wait times may vary, but we do our best to connect you as soon as possible.
Your assigned counsellor will reach out to you directly by phone and/or email within the estimated waitlist time to introduce themselves and arrange your first appointment.
B) Individual Counselling with a RCC (have extended health benefits)
If you have extended health benefits, you can use this application to request counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
You will be charged the regular rate of $140 per session until your benefits coverage is used.* After your benefits have been applied, your session fee will drop to $65 per session. Once you've used all 12 sessions, you will have the option to continue with your RCC at a new rate.
After submitting your application, our admin team will review your information and follow up via email. Typical wait times are 1–3 weeks, but we strive to connect you as quickly as possible.

*Please note: a minimum of 4 sessions at the $140 rate is required if you are using benefits, or based on the amount available through your insurance plan.
